Project Preparation 

Here are some questions for you to answer before your project:

1. What do you want and what do you need?

2. Do you already have plans and requirements for the project?

3. When do you need it done?

4. Have you identified the materials for the project or do you need recommendations?

5. Have you purchased the materials for the project and do you have them on-site?

Once you have answered those questions and reached out to us, here is our project process:

1. We will inspect the job, ask all the relevant questions, and give you a written estimate based on the size of job.  If the job is small, it will most likely be based on a hourly rate with a verbal estimate range. 

2. Upon approval, we will purchase the materials needed for the job and pass on that cost with no markup.  Our hourly rate will be charged to pick up materials and haul them to the job site.

3. We will inform you of the estimated time it will take to perform the work. We will keep you informed throughout the job along with any feedback and recommendations on changes.
